How to make
Dice the meat and braise it in a little oil. Transfer to the clay pot.
Chop the onions and carrot coarsely. Add them to the clay pot. Add the coarsely chopped mushrooms and the tomato paste and flour which you've diluted in water.
Pour in more water (to cover the veggies), add the wine and spices. Stir well and cap the clay pot.
Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 1 hour 30 min.
