  • eggs - 4
  • yoghurt - 2 cups
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • baking powder - 1
  • sausages - 9 oz (250 g)
  • dock - 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • seeds - mix

How to make

Beat the eggs to a fluffy cream in a bowl. Add the yoghurt, oil and the flour sifted with baking powder.

Stir well and add the finely chopped sausages and dock.

Pour the mixture into a rectangular form, laid out with baking paper.

Sprinkle with seeds and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 35-40 min. Leave it to cool and cut it into slices.

Optionally, you can blanch the dock and add feta cheese or cheese.
