  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/2 cup, melted
  • milk - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • baking powder - 1
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp

  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)

How to make

Put the sugar for the caramel in a pot. Add 1 tbsp water and leave it to caramelize. Cut the bananas into round slices.

Smear the baking form with butter. Pour in the caramel and arrange the banana slices. Beat the eggs with the sugar.

Add the milk, butter and finally the flour sifted with the baking powder. Stir well and divide the mixture into 2.
