How to make
Crush the biscuits on the bottom of a tray and top with melted butter to get something similar to a layer. Put a roundly sliced banana on the biscuits, spread it to cover all of the biscuits.
Mix the eggs, flour, sugar and stir. Once the blend is well mixed, grate the apple(s) and mix well once again. Pour the resulting mixture over the arranged banana and biscuits and bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C). If you have to, cover the cake with foil to prevent the top from burning.
When done, remove it from the oven, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and let it cool before serving.
