How to make
Make a mixture from the yeast, salt, oil, sugar, vinegar and eggs and leave it to cool.
Add the mixture to the flour, pour in the milk and knead a soft and smooth dough.
Divide the ready dough into 3 balls. Roll out the balls into sheets, smear them with the butter (margarine) and put them one atop the other.
Roll it up and cut it into pieces. Arrange the pieces some distance apart from each other in an oven dish.
Smear the loaf with oil and leave it as is until it doubles in volume.
Bake in a moderate oven until it gets a nice crisp.
