How to make
Knead a dough from the sifted flour, yogurt and the yeast which you've beaten in advance in 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) hot water with the eggs.
Let the dough rise for about 50 minutes at room temperature (or until it increases in volume one and a half times).
Once the dough rises, melt the butter in the microwave, divide the dough into 5-6 equal sized balls, then roll out each ball into a rectangle and smear each rectangle with melted butter.
Cut the rectangles into strips and roll them up like snail shells, then arrange in a circle, in a greased baking dish.
Once you've lined up all the strips in the baking dish, leave them to rise again until they fill the baking dish to its edge. Five minutes before you bake the loaf, smear it with the beaten yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C) for about 20 minutes (until it gets reddish color).
