How to make
Beat the eggs. Add the milk and salt. Stir and add flour gradually until you get a thick pancake batter. Add the washed and cleaned acacia flowers.
Pour ladles of this mixture into a heated pan that you've oiled ahead of time or into a pancake maker. Spread it out along the entire bottom. Fry until golden on both sides.
Serve with acacia honey or other jam of your choice.
