Beat the egg yolks with the flour, milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, melted butter and a pinch of salt, add the beaten to stiff snow egg whites.
Fry thin pancakes in oil on one side only, arrange them with the fried side up on a plate, sprinkle each pancake with ground walnuts, mixed with sugar and cocoa.
Place the final pancake with the fried side up. Slice it like a cake, and serve warm or cold.
