How to make
Beat the cream cheese with the yoghurt, sugar and vanilla, then leave the mixture in the fridge while you make the rest of the cheesecake.
Crumble or grind the biscuits and distribute them evenly into glasses, while also setting aside a few for decoration (I had enough for 4 glasses).
If you've chosen fresh fruits, wash them and cut them into small pieces (I used cherries but it depends on which ones are in season).
Take the mixture out from the fridge and distribute it evenly on top of the biscuits in the glasses, add the fresh fruits at the very top (or jam) and sprinkle with the remaining crumbled biscuits.
