How to make
Marinate the chicken legs steaks 20-30 min. in soy sauce. Drain them well and sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper and a little salt.
Cook them from both sides on a highly heated grill. Serve them while still hot, sprinkled with lemon juice.
Serve with a garnish of tomatoes and a slice of lemon. This dish is perfect with a glass of white wine! Bon appetit!
