How to make

Prepare a pancake batter as follows: heat the milk. Dissolve the sugar and salt in it, add 1/4 cup oil, the eggs and flour and mix everything. Fry 18 pancakes.

To prepare the filling, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix it with half the sugar. Add the yolks and raisins. Grind the walnuts and mix them with 1 tbsp sugar. Combine the cocoa with 1 tbsp sugar, add the butter.

Arrange the pancakes in a deep oven dish, smeared with butter. Smear the 1st pancake with the cottage cheese mixture, sprinkle the 2nd with walnuts, smear the 3rd with the cocoa mixture, smear the 4th with marmalade.

Arrange the pancakes in this order until you run out of pancakes. Smear the final pancake with marmalade. Bake the dessert for 7 min. at 390°F (200 °C). Beat the egg whites and the rest of the sugar into snow, distribute them on top of the pancakes and bake another 4 min.
