"Today we are going to make you a tasty chocolate horseshoe to eat and for good luck."

Ingredients

  • for the layer
  • eggs - 3
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • chocolate - 4 oz (120 g)
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • for garnishing
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • water - 2 tbsp
  • walnuts - 1 cup, ground
  • coconut flakes

How to make

Heat the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Add the oil, eggs, powdered sugar and milk. Stir.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Stir until you get a cake batter.

Pour the mixture into a heated and dry oven dish and shape it into a horseshoe. Bake until ready.

Melt the chocolate with the butter for the garnish in a water bath.

Smear the cooled caked with this chocolate garnish. Decorate with ground walnuts and coconut flakes.
