Mix all of the ingredients and stir them well with a fork. If desired, you can beat the eggs with the sugar first and then add the coconut flakes and vanilla.
Form balls with wet hands and arrange them on a tray with baking paper. Bake them at 360°F (180°C) for about 10 min.
You can pour chocolate on the Sweet Coconut Cookies.
