How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, set aside 1 yolk for smearing on top.
Add the melted lard or butter, the vanilla, lemon zest for aroma and the baking soda. Stir well with the flour to obtain a dough for spraying.
Spray out elongated cookies in a buttered tray, smear them with the beaten egg yolk using a brush and sprinkle sugar. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until golden.
