How to make
The butter is whipped with the powdered sugar. The yolks are added to it. Then the sifted flour, starch and baking powder are added. Knead a soft dough.
Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Divide it into two parts. Put one back in the fridge and roll out the other one and use heart shaped cookie cutters to cut it.
Bake the sweets at 360°F (180°C), for about 15 minutes. Leave them to cool and decorate with colored fondant.
Do the same with the rest of the dough.
