How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Put them into a buttered oven dish and salt them.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the feta cheese, some of the oil and spices.
Stuff the peppers with the resulting mixture and arrange them on top of the potatoes.
Pour the rest of the oil into the bowl you used for the eggs and feta. Add the water and pour this over the peppers.
Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 35 min. or until the potatoes and peppers soften.
Sprinkle the dish with parsley and dill.
