How to make
Put the yeast in the cool water, add the sugar and 2 tablespoons flour, stir and leave it to get effervescent for 15 minutes in a warm area.
Add the sifted flour, milk and salt. Knead a soft dough, leave it to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. From the risen dough, rip out small balls (as large as walnuts), dip them in melted lard and arrange them in a baking dish. Leave them to rise for another 30 minutes.
For the topping: Fry the flour in the lard, add the pre-melted butter and mix. Take off the heat and let it cool slightly, pour it over the buns and sprinkle them with finely crumbled feta cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven until done, for about 30-40 minutes.
