Ingredients

  • beans - 2 cups (500 g)
  • carrots - 1
  • green onions - 4 - 5 sprigs, or 1 old head
  • peppers - 1 (can use dried)
  • tomatoes - 1, grated or use tomato sauce
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • flour
  • oil
  • parsley
  • spearmint
  • celery
  • salt

How to make

Boil the beans for 20 minutes, drain and rinse them. Put them in a pot and add everything, excluding the paprika, flour and oil.

Add water up to a point of 3-4 finger widths above the beans. Place in the oven and heat it up to 390°F (200 °C). Bake until ready.

Fry the paprika and flour in a pan and add them into the pot, put it back in the now turned off oven for a few minutes.
