"Today we`re going to delight you with this enticing, aesthetically appealing and very easy to make biscuit cake, made without baking or any other heat treatment."

Ingredients

  • biscuits - 2 packages, for cakes
  • milk - 1 cup
  • butter - 1 cup (250 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • coffee - 1 tsp, instant
  • lemons - rind of 1 lemon
  • walnuts - 1 cup ground
  • vanilla - 2
  • eggs - 1
  • white chocolate - 1
  • milk chocolate - 1

How to make

Break the biscuits into small pieces and pour the milk over them. Separately, beat the softened butter with the sugar + instant coffee + lemon + egg + walnuts + vanilla.

Combine the two mixtures, knead them well and put them in a cake form. Leave in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Remove the cake from the form.

Melt both types of chocolate separately in a water bath and decorate the cake with them.
