  • biscuits - 17.5 oz (500 g), honey
  • starch - vanilla
  • stevia - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • jam - prunes

How to make

Put the milk on the stove to come to a boil.

Dissolve the starch and stevia in a little water. Stir well to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Shortly before the milk comes to a boil, add the dissolved starch while stirring nonstop. Stir the cream until thickened. Then remove it from the stove.
