Ingredients

  • pork chops - 6
  • onions - 5 - 6 heads
  • carrots - 3 - 4
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • flour - 4 - 5 tablespoons
  • processed cheese - 2, natural
  • parsley
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • for the marinade
  • honey - 2 tablespoons
  • soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Tenderize the steaks, but not too thinly, and put them in the marinade in the refrigerator overnight.

Slice the onions and mushrooms into crescents and the carrots into thin slices. Braise the vegetables in butter. Add the flour and processed cheese, dissolved in a little water.

Arrange everything in a clay pot: put 3 steaks at the bottom, then sauce, 3 steaks again and the sauce again.

Bake at 370°F (190 °C), for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Sprinkle it with parsley.
