"Even if the photo submitted by the user isn`t the clearest, today we`re going to offer you a unique recipe for juicy and tender steaks with lots of mushrooms and processed cheese, made in a special marinade of wine, mustard and thyme."

Ingredients

  • steaks - 5
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • soya sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • red wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • thyme - 1 tablespoon
  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • processed cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
measures

How to make

Prepare a marinade by mixing the soya sauce, mustard, red wine, salt, thyme and black pepper. Put the chops in the marinade and leave for an hour or two in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, cut the mushrooms into coarse chunks, the processed cheese in slices, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Remove the steaks from the marinade and arrange them in an oven dish. Put slices of processed cheese on top, distribute mushrooms on top of these and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cover the tray with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven about an hour. At the end, remove the foil so the steaks get a nice crisp. You will get juicy and tasty steaks with a spectacular sauce. Enjoy!
