How to make
Sift the flour (you can use the plain type, but then you will need 1/2 a baking powder) in a large bowl. Add hot water to the honey to melt it well. To the flour add the powdered sugar, oil and mixed honey water and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 2 equal parts. Add cocoa and cinnamon to the second part and mix well again. Since the cocoa and cinnamon will thicken the mixture quite a bit, add 1-2 tablespoons of water because the mixture needs to be slightly runny.
Start transferring the resulting mixtures into a greased tray with a large spoon. Alternate between them. Take one tablespoon of the white mixture, then one of the brown, and drop them from up high in the center of each previous spoonful.
Once out of the mixtures, you can optionally take a wooden skewer and use it to form patterns by dragging the sharp part across the surface of the cake.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C), periodically checking with a toothpick.
