Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • chicken - 7 oz (200 g) fillet
  • beer - 2/5 cup (100 ml) light
  • liquid cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oil - 5 tbsp
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Boil the rice in salted water, then rinse with cold water and drain it. In a deep container, fry the chopped onion for 1-2 minutes in 5 tablespoons of oil.

Add the chopped garlic and chicken pieces. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the beer. When the liquid boils off a bit, add the rice, the cream, salt and mix it all.

After 2-3 minutes, remove from the heat. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
