"Colorful muffins for an excellent mood. Liquid chocolate - for aesthetics."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • water - 1 cup cool
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • baking powder - 1
  • baking soda - 1 pinch (extinguished in 2 - 3 drops of vinegar)
  • cocoa - powdered
  • liquid chocolate - about 4/5 cup (200 g)

How to make

Combine all the products. Mix half of mixture with the cocoa. Pour a little of the mixture into paper muffin baskets, put a little liquid chocolate in the middle and add more of the mixture to cover the chocolate.

You can alternate between the white and cocoa mixture on a single muffin, you'll still get great results. I didn't grease my paper baskets and the mixture didn't stick but you can use some butter to grease yours.

Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven, for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
