How to make
Mix the yoghurt and baking soda in a bowl, add the sugar, cocoa, flour and some walnuts if desired. You can also add 1-2 tablespoons of the liquid chocolate. Mix with a wooden spoon until uniform.
Pour the mixture into a greased and lightly floured form. Bake the layer in a heated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 35 minutes. Finally, check if it's ready with a toothpick. Shortly before removing it, grease it with butter.
Invert the finished fudge onto a platter and smear it with liquid chocolate mixed with walnuts.
