How to make
Activate the yeast, by stirring it in a glass of warm milk with 1 tbsp. of sugar and leave it to activate.
Knead the soft dough with the other products, by separating 1 egg yolk to spread on top.
Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 40 minutes and divide it into two or three parts.
Each is rolled out into a rectangle and it is cut into triangles.
At the wide end put a spoon of liquid chocolate and roll up the rolls.
Arrange them in a baking pan, spread the rolls with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Bake the rolls with liquid chocolate in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until they aquire a golden color (20 -25 minutes).
Easy and very tasty!
