How to make
Boil the potatoes and cut them into slices.
For the sauce, mix the butter, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, thyme, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes while still hot. Cut the ham into strips and add it to the potatoes.
Serve once cooled.
