Ingredients

  • cabbages - 1 small
  • oil - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • onions - 1 head
  • rice - 1 cup
  • flour - 6 tablespoons
  • eggs - 4
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • milk - 1 cup
  • parsley
  • breadcrumbs
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Cut the cleaned cabbage into small pieces and stew it with vegetable oil and a little salted water until tender. Drain and mix it with the pre-boiled rice, chopped onion, black pepper, parsley, salt and 2 beaten eggs.

Braise the flour in the butter, dilute it with the milk and boil the sauce until thickened. Add it to the cabbage and stir everything well. From the mixture, form patties, dip them in the remaining beaten eggs, roll in the breadcrumbs mixed with a little flour.

Fry in preheated oil and serve warm.
