How to make
Cut the washed zucchini into thin strips using a potato peeler. Season them with salt. Let them drain and sprinkle them with flour and oil. Wash and slice the mushrooms.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with oil. Preheat a grill pan and grill the zucchini. Do the same with the mushrooms. Mix the mushrooms and zucchini and add the chopped fresh garlic.
Put them in an appropriate dish, sprinkle them with garlic and finely chopped dill.
