How to make
Wash, dry and cut the zucchini into 5 mm thick strips. Season them with salt, black pepper and spread with olive oil. Cook them on a grill pan or grill them and then let them cool.
At the end of each strip of grilled zucchini place a bit of the herb cream cheese, roll it up and place a stick through it or decorative appetizer swords.
Repeat the procedure with the remaining zucchini.
Arrange the zucchini rolls straight up in a suitable dish. Thinly cut the strawberries lengthwise and arrange them around the delicious rolls.
Arrange the olives in a circle around the rolls, alternating between the grilled and the black ones.
