How to cook
Put the cornflakes in a suitable tray and press them lightly to the bottom. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, which has the butter and honey added.
Pour the melted chocolate over the cornflakes, making sure to soak them well. If necessary, you can mix it with a spoon and then push it down again with the back side of the spoon.
Arrange sliced bananas on the flavored cornflakes. Prepare a cream mixture from the sour cream, mascarpone and powdered sugar.
Pour the cream mixture on top of the other products carefully. Leave in the refrigerator to set for 5-6 hours.
