How to cook
Clean and wash the drumsticks. Leave them to drain from the water and put them in a bowl. Crush the broth cube over them. Add the soya sauce, olive oil and and wine. Mix everything well. Cover the bowl with foil.
Place in a refrigerator for 1 hour. Then take the chicken meat out and drain its marinade. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a bowl. In another- pour in the cornflakes, crush them.
Dip each drumstick in egg, then in cornflakes. Thus crumbed, arrange the chicken drumsticks in a tray onto baking paper. Sprinkle with oil.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until they get a crispy golden crust.
