"Nope, it`s not burnt, it`s black and so incredibly tasty."

Ingredients

  • flour - 4 cups, whole grain
  • brown sugar - 2 cups
  • eggs - 3
  • baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • cocoa - 5 tablespoons
  • jam - 1 cup, from blueberries or prunes
  • yoghurt - about 2 cups
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • olive oil - for spreading

How to make

Break the eggs open and beat them with the sugar. Add the warmed butter, jam, cinnamon and milk, in which you've dissolved the baking soda.

Add the flour and cocoa in thin trickles. Mix everything to obtain a mushy dough. Put it in a greased oven dish or form.

Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 30 minutes.
