How to make
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add the sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt to them. To them, add the eggs that have been beaten lightly with the remaining wet ingredients - coffee, milk or buttermilk (yoghurt milk + milk), oil.
Stir with a whisk until everything is homogenized, and finally flavor with vanilla. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased and floured oven dish and put it to bake for 30-35 minutes at 360°F (180 °C) or until the cake is ready. Remove it from the oven and allow to cool slightly for 5-10 minutes.
Put the butter for the glaze to melt a little in a pot on the stove and add the cocoa, crushed chocolate and 1 tsp water. Stir to mix the ingredients and remove from heat.
With a fork, riddle the surface of the black ash cake and pour the glaze on evenly. Cut it into pieces and serve.
