How to make
Cut the parsley into small pieces. Cut the onions into small pieces. The cod is rubbed with salt and pepper. Sprinkle it with parsley.
In a pan, greased with butter, put half of the onions, cover it with half the cod fillets. Put the remaining onions on top and cover with the remaining fillets.
Pour on the wine, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 360°F (180 °C). The fillets are removed and served with the sauce from the baking.
