How to make
Sift the flour and mix it with the yeast and spices. Add the olive oil and pour in about 1 cup of water.
Stir and knead a dough. Leave it to rise at room temperature and then divide it into 3 balls.
Roll out each one of them. Bake in a floured and oiled tray in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.
If you like you can sprinkle the flat bread with paprika, fenugreek or savory.
