Ingredients

  • for the layer
  • biscuits - 1 packet, cocoa
  • butter - 1 packet
  • yoghurt - 2 tbsp
  • for the cream
  • bananas - 2
  • sour cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • honey - 4 tbsp
  • rum - 1 tsp
  • for decoration
  • chocolate - 2 oz (50 g)

How to make

Crumble the biscuits into powder, so that you can then easily mix it with the melted butter and yoghurt. Distribute the mixture into an oven dish and put it in the fridge for 20 min.

Meanwhile, put the bananas, sour cream, honey and rum in a blender. Blend everything into a cream. Distribute it onto the cooled layer.

Sprinkle with grated chocolate on top. This dessert can be eaten right away or be put back in the fridge to tighten even more.
