How to make
In a large bowl, combine the oat bran, corn flour, melted butter and spices.
Grate the cheese and add it to the remaining ingredients. Add the yoghurt and stir everything thoroughly.
Take small portions of the resulting dough and form crackers of the desired size and shape.
Arrange them in a floured and oiled tray and bake at 390°F (200 °C) until fully ready.
