How to make
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150 °C) and brush a parchment paper sheet in the tray. In a large bowl, beat both sugars and the butter.
Add the egg, vanilla and fresh milk. Beat them until you get a homogeneous mixture.
In a small bowl, sift and mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add the mixture to the butter and mix it well. Add oatmeal, cinnamon, raisins and lemon zest. Mix well.
Measure out 1 tablespoon of mixture for each cookie. Arrange them with 2 3/4″ (7 cm) of space between them.
Bake them for 8-10 minutes until toasted.
