Ingredients

  • flour - 2 1/2 cups (600 g)
  • jam - 1 cup (250 g), from prunes
  • powdered sugar - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • yoghurt - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • cinnamon - 1 - 2 pinches
  • walnuts - 2/3 cup (150 g)

How to make

Whip the eggs in a deep bowl with the crystal sugar. Add the oil and yoghurt and beat very well.

Finally, add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir until you get a smooth mixture.

Mix in the jam. Oil and flour a tray and pour the mixture inside.

Sprinkle with the ground walnuts and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 40-45 min. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
