  • eggs - 4 yolks
  • sugar - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • marsala wine - 5 tbsp
  • amaretti - for serving

How to make

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and carefully add the Marsala wine. Place the bowl in another bowl, filled with water, in a pan and stir while the cream boils in a water bath for 10-15 min. Distribute into serving glasses and serve with the Amaretti.
