  • potatoes - 4 - 5.
  • carrots - 2.
  • cream cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • sour cream - 6 - 7 tbsp.

How to make

Boil potatoes and carrots in 7-8 cups of salted water. Puree them.

Add the sliced cream cheese to the soup.

Stir until melted. If necessary, add salt and sprinkle with black pepper.

Serve the soup hot with a spoonful of cream and crispy croutons.
