  • water - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 1
  • onions - 2 heads
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - for frying

How to make

In a bowl mix the water, flour, egg, salt and baking powder. Stir well. Chop the onions into round slices.

Heat the oil very well, dip the onions in the breading and braise until you get a nice golden color.
