How to make
The fish is washed and dried. If it has a head, cut it off. Each fish is cut through the middle.
The resulting fillets are sprinkled with lemon juice and with as black pepper and salt as you desire. Leave them for about 30 minutes to marinate.
After that, roll each fillet in the flour on both sides and place in the frying pan with heated oil.
Between the fillets, in the pan, place a pieces of the sliced onion. The fish is fried well on both sides.
The same is done with the onions. Once it is fried, take it out and put another one in.
The fish is then served with fried onions and a suitable salad according to the season. The fish is divine with french fries and a glass of beer.
