How to make
Cut the eggplants and leave them to drain out the bitter juice. Heat up the grill.
Wash them and season with black pepper, thyme and salt.
Smear the grill with olive oil and grill the eggplants. Transfer them to a serving plate.
Grill the sausages and serve them with the eggplants. Serve right away.
