"This recipe is probably not going to amaze anyone but it is still a classic, very tasty and easy to make home-style recipe that deserves to be saved somewhere."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg), fresh
  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • oil - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • parsley
  • dill
  • black pepper

How to make

Clean the fresh potatoes and cut them into slices. Arrange them in a tray, pour on the oil and a little hot water.

Bake about 20-25 min. in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven, then pour in the milk in which you've beaten the eggs. Put the dish back in the oven and bake another 15 min.

Take the casserole out of the oven, pour the heated butter over it, sprinkle with parsley and dill and serve.
