"Crunchy fish fillets with aromatic mustard - tasty, light and very easy to prepare."

Ingredients

  • fish - 17.5 oz (500 g), fillet
  • mustard - 4 tsp
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • bread - 2 oz (60 g), white, middles of the slices
  • parsley - 1 tbsp, chopped
  • cheese - 1 oz (30 g), grated
  • black pepper
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt
  • lemons - for decoration

How to make

Cut the fish fillets into servings and arrange them in a buttered tray. Smear them with mustard on top.

Combine the melted butter with the bread, grated cheese and parsley, add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir and distribute the mixture over the fish fillets.

Bake the fish in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven for about 10 min. or until they get a crispy crust.

Garnish with pressed garlic and slices of lemon and serve with a green salad.
