How to make
Heat the butter with the sugar in a pan. Once the mixture starts boiling, remove immediately from the pan, add the cream, lemon and orange zest, cherries, cranberries, almonds, pine nuts and flour.
Stir well. Put baking paper in 2 trays. Using a spoon, scoop the mixture and form cookies onto the baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 12 min. Melt both types of chocolate in separate bowls and decorate the cookies using a small pastry bag.
