Ingredients

  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (175 g)
  • cream - 4 tbsp
  • lemon zest - 1 oz (35 g)
  • orange zest - 1 oz (35 g)
  • cherries - 2 oz (50 g), candied
  • cranberries - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g), dried
  • almonds - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • pine nuts - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • flour - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • dark chocolate - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • white chocolate - 5.5 oz (150 g)

How to make

Heat the butter with the sugar in a pan. Once the mixture starts boiling, remove immediately from the pan, add the cream, lemon and orange zest, cherries, cranberries, almonds, pine nuts and flour.

Stir well. Put baking paper in 2 trays. Using a spoon, scoop the mixture and form cookies onto the baking paper.

Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 12 min. Melt both types of chocolate in separate bowls and decorate the cookies using a small pastry bag.
